I suppose it would be better to start my new blog on New Year's Day. It's in keeping with my New Year's resolutions to be more proactive/less of a fatty/not sit on my arse all day etc. etc. BUT, as I am very busy tomorrow (rare for me), I thought it would be a good idea to get down to it tonight. Well, it's also a massive evasion tactic i.e. I really can't be arsed to do my packing for tomorrow.
Anyway, as it's NYE, I'd like to entertain you with all of my exciting plans for this evening. You know, excessive drinking, drug-taking, promiscuity and the like. Unfortunately, I shall be spending tonight watching Jools Holland's (non-live) Hootenanny with the family until it descends into the inevitable string of arguments, and - if it's a poor line-up - brawls.
